No one can say the new Defence Secretary, battling Bob Ainsworth, lacks the aggression for his new job. In his days as a bruising Labour whip, he was accused of pushing Labour MP Jenny Jones and shouting obscenities in her ear when she refused to support cuts in disabled benefits. He denied the claims.
